Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships with Education Agents
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategy and monitor efficiency and effectiveness
- Identifying opportunities and threats in the market
- Provide consistent, transparent communication and service to Education Agents
- Assist Recruiting Director to plan, coordinate and implement competitive, market-relevant recruiting strategies
- Serve as the prime point-of-contact for direct students leads to achieve best results
- Represent the schools and provide accurate information with professional manner
- Collect students’ feedback of our schools and services
- Develop and implement performance-based incentive programs
- Effectively coordinate and liaise with other internal departments to ensure currency of school knowledge, efficiency of joint processes, and accuracy and efficiency of shared information
- Source up-to-date market intelligence and report to senior management in a succinct, timely manner
- Develop and maintain a customer-focused, service-orientated culture
